30 Day Training plan

When we take on any new adventure most of the time we seek out an expert in the field or at the very least we get a little advice.  We want you to think of us like guide making your journey a little easier by having an expert by your side helping you make the most out of the next 30 days. 

Our the course of the 30 days we will help you create the habit of going to the gym regularly, give you class goals, daily goals, and weekly goals. Talk with you about fueling your body and how best to do that. One of the most important things we do over the 30 days is teach you about appropriate recovery.
