This a 10 week clinic meeting twice a a week and training  on our Cyclops indoor bikes. During the 10 weeks you will push your body to its limits maintaining elevated heart rates for long periods of time. Most importantly this type of training teaches you to how to better deal with stress not only on the bike but in life.

This clinic is the first of its kind where we guide you on a 6 week mind body connection. During this course we will meet twice a week and spend time meditating on and off the bike. Creating this mind body connection while being active and while being sedentary is a new way of experiencing the benefits of meditation and truly connecting to our breath, body and mind.

This is a 4 hour instruction course on half day hiking trips. During this course we will cover topics such as: safety protocols, pack size, what to take with you, trail finding,  cairns, and leave no trace ethics.

This is a 4 hours course on single/multi day backpacking trips. This course will cover topics such as: safety protocols, pack size, food choices, water treatment, pack weight, navigation, and leave no trace ethics.

Mountain biking

This is a 4 hour course with an instructor covering the basic techniques of mountain biking. This course will cover: bike set up, bike safety checks, body positioning, braking, gear and cadence, picking good lines, climbing and descending.

This is a 4 hour course with an instructor covering the basic techniques of mountain biking. This course will cover: climbing, getting over obstacles, defending steep terrain, cornering, switchbacks, and roll downs.
